Participants will be guided through a deeply restorative hour of sound healing designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound rest. 

We'll begin with a gentle grounding meditation before settling into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

Guests are invited to simply lie back, receive, and allow the vibrations to support relaxation, energetic balance, and renewal.

No experience is necessary—just comfortable clothing and an open heart. We strongly recommend you bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that would make you comfortable.
